Let’s be honest…parenting can feel like running a 24/7 café with the most demanding, opinionated, and sticky-fingered customers in the world.

So naturally, I started wondering… What if our kids had their own coffee menu?

Spoiler alert: it would be chaotic, hilarious, and probably involve glitter.

The Mini Mocha Meltdown

1 shot of sugar, 3 shots of “I didn’t nap,” served lukewarm because they left it sitting untouched for an hour while they destroyed the living room.

Caramel Tantrum Macchiato

A layered mess of high-pitched whining and sweet manipulation. May cause immediate regret if served after 6 p.m.

The Toddler Espresso

Tiny but terrifying. Delivers max energy in 2-second bursts. No lid. No chill. Comes with 3 outfit changes and a side of crayons in your purse.

The Sibling Rivalry Roast

Double shot of sass, topped with finger-pointing foam and passive-aggressive sprinkles. Best served cold (like the shoulder they give you when you say no).

Sleep Regression Cold Brew

Bold, bitter, and keeps everyone awake. May induce crying spells, mostly from the parents.

The “I’m Not Tired” Nitro Blast

Extra strength. Comes with unnecessary cartwheels at bedtime and surprise second winds just when you thought you were free.

Mom’s Order

Just give me the biggest, strongest coffee you’ve got. No, bigger. Now add silence. Now add a locked bathroom door. Now add a moment to drink it before it’s cold.

Perfect.

Final Sip

Motherhood is messy, loud, sticky, and weirdly wonderful.

So here’s your reminder: if today’s been full of tantrums, syrupy hugs, and chaotic little coffee customers, you’re doing great.

Let them order the “Extra Snuggles Latte” tonight.

They won’t stay tiny customers forever.
