First Impressions
Deja Moo Creamery and Coffee Co. is one of those small-town gems you can’t help but return to. The first time we stopped by, it was just a quick coffee run before hitting the road back to Missouri, but even in that short visit, the charm stood out.
On our second visit, we brought grandma and the kids along and made a full stop of it. It’s a cute sit-down spot that gives you the best of both worlds: coffee and ice cream, plus a full food menu (who knew?).
What We Ordered
Trip 1 (Quick Coffee Run):
- I got an iced caramel latte with almondmilk which is my go-to pick.
- My husband ordered the banana bread iced latte with caramel and mocha. It was so good and perfectly sweet, creamy, and honestly next time, that might be my order too.
Trip 2 (Family Visit):
- The kids were all about the ice cream. They ordered:
- Superman ice cream in a cup
- Oreo milkshake
- Cake batter waffle cone
- I taste-tested them all (mom perks!) and they were seriously delicious. Rich, creamy, and fun flavors that kids and adults can both enjoy.
Vibe Check
It’s cozy, fun, and family-friendly. The setup makes it a great place to sit down and enjoy your treats. There’s plenty of space for kids to get excited about their sugar rush, and it’s casual enough that you don’t feel rushed or out of place.
The vibe is small-town sweet meets local favorite, and is definitely one we’re happy to have nearby now that we’re living local full-time.
Mom Win
The kids happily devoured their treats. No one fought. No one cried. Everyone left smiling. That’s a rare and beautiful mom win in my book.

It’s also a sit-down spot with food options (surprise!) and a welcoming local vibe. I had no idea they offered food until this trip, and now I’m already planning to go back and try something from the menu, especially the lunch items.
